Description
RGBWW stands for red, green, blue (the primary colors of light), and two White LEDs (2700K and 6500K). This RGBWW strip emits every colour of the rainbow by combining different amounts of these RGB colours, with the ability to add in tunable white light. Each LED actually contains 5 emitters, a red one, green one, blue one, and two white ones. Mixing white into the other colours allows for soft pastel tones, which is not possible with regular RGB LED strips.
Now you can put colourful bright light anywhere you want it! Lumicrest RGBWW Flexible Strip Lighting has a quality self-adhesive backing by 3M – just cut it to the length you want then peel and stick it to any smooth surface!
RGBWW COB Flexible Strip Lighting brings you the complete gamut of colour and white light using the most advanced LED technology. Mix rich and saturated colours using the RGB LEDs and add warm or cool white light for softer colours. You can mix warm and cool white light on its own as well.
The advantage of COB (chip-on-board) LED strip is the uniformly smooth and dotless appearance when mounted in a LED profile + diffuser only 1/4 inch deep, such as Lumicrest Workhorse or Anvil models. This high-density LED strip has 840 LEDs per meter (254 per foot) and a very low profile of about 2 mm. While rated as 16 watts per meter, in typical use it consumes only about 8 watts per meter due to colour mixing.
The strip is 12mm (1/2 inch) wide, and fits into the following aluminum channels:
Surface-Mount:
• Workhorse Aluminum Channel (2.5m/8ft)
Recessed-Mount:
• Anvil Aluminum Channel – Recessed Mount (2.5m/8ft)
Requires a 24 volt DC power supply (sold separately) and colour controller.

Advantages of using 24 volt strip compared to 12 volt are:
– you can mount the power supply further away (without being concerned about voltage loss in the wires)
– the strip maintains consistent brightness over its whole length
– you can run sections longer than 5 meters (16.4 feet) with consistent brightness (as long as you choose a power supply with sufficient wattage)
