It has a USB chargeable 1800mAh lithium battery will provide 1 hour of continuous soldering on a single charge. It takes 1.5 hours for a full charge. When your iron is ready to use, activate the touch sensor by pressing the power button 3 times. In order to provide power saving and extra safety, the touch sensor ensures the iron only stays hot when the user is holding it.
The iron takes 15-45 seconds to get up to temperature, depending on how hot you want it to get. It has a temperature range of 392 to 896 degrees Fahrenheit, or 200 to 480 degrees Celsius.
