If you’d like to replace screw-base MR16 halogen lights with LED lights, purchase our LED GU10 and this handy adapter to connect the GU10 into a standard medium screw base.
The diameter of the GU10 is the same as a regular MR16 halogen light. However, please check that you have sufficient depth in your fixture, as the LED GU10 is longer than the halogen equivalent, and this adapter adds another 2.5 cm to the length.
Many fixtures have adjustable depths, or free-floating sockets which can accommodate the additional length.
