Description

Lumicrest Dim To Warm LED strip mimics the natural behavior of incandescent lighting, automatically transitioning to a warmer, cozy color temperature as it dims (3000K at full brightness to 2200K at the lowest brightness). This LED Strip is an excellent choice for living areas and other intimate spaces – perfect for residences, hotels, bars and restaurants – anywhere you want to evoke a warm and welcoming environment with comfortable lighting.

The following drivers are fully compatible with this Dim To Warm LED strip:
-96 Watt AC/Triac Dimmable Hardwire Power Supply
-60 Watt AC/Triac Dimmable Hardwire Power Supply

The Dim To Warm strip requires PWM-modulated 24V DC power. When using common wall dimmers like Lutron/Legrand/Leviton, employ our matching 96 watt (SKU 880) or 60 watt power supplies (SKU 960).
NOTE: Use of other dimmable power supplies is not recommended as you may not get the dim-to-warm effect!

(Alternatively, the Dim To Warm effect can also be achieved using the Lumicrest Wireless Dimmer/Receiver, powered by a Non-Dimmable Driver.)

No need to be constrained by light fixtures, now you can put bright light anywhere you want it! Lumicrest Pro Series – high CRI Flexible Strip Lighting has a quality 3M self-adhesive backing – just cut it to the length you want then peel and stick it to any smooth surface! Great for under cabinets, closets, task lighting, cove lighting and whatever else you can imagine.

Clients who have compared our Lumicrest Pro Series High CRI Flexible strips to those of our competitors choose Lumicrest because of the high brightness, uniformity and color purity of our products. It comes with 1200 (!) bright LEDs in a standard 5 meter roll (16.4 feet) and can be cut to length in just 65 mm (2 and 9/16 inches) increments.

All of our products come with a full 3 year warranty. If these lights are used 8 hours per day, 7 days per week, you should expect them to last a full 15 years.

Advantages of using 24 volt strip compared to 12 volt are:
– you can mount the power supply further away (without being concerned about voltage loss in the wires)
– the strip maintains consistent brightness over its whole length
– you can run sections longer than 5 meters with consistent brightness (as long as you use a power supply with sufficient wattage)

If you have a question about installing LED strip, how to connect multiple reels, how many power supplies you need, or anything else, give us a call at

Q & A

What is the Ingress Protection (IPxx) of this LED strip? Would it be suitable in a flush mount channel with frosted lens covering in the ceiling of a shower? John Madry asked on 04/26/2022

The strip is IP20, if using in a damp location you could request us to encase it in a silicone waterproof sleeve.

What is the R9 CRI value for these ? Stephen Lake asked on 03/12/2022

We measured the CRI and R9 of a random strip from our stock using Asensetek Lighting Passport: at 3000K, the CRI (Ra) is 97 and R9 value is coincidentally also 97(!). At 2200K, the CRI (Ra) is 97 and the R9 is a respectable 81. When dimmed down somewhat to 2600K, the CRI (Ra) is 97 and the R9 is 90.
