Want to install an LED linear light bar or LED flexible strip but don’t want to run additional wiring from an existing ceiling outlet? This 20 Watt AC Dimmable Power Supply (puck) is just what you need. Its diminutive size (20 mm high x 60 mm diameter) means it’s small enough to fit easily into an octagon junction box.
Note: requires 50% minimum load to dim properly, so please ensure you have at least 10 watts of LED strip connected.
It can be dimmed using most common 120 volt dimmers such as Lutron and Leviton. That’s why we call it “AC dimmable”. Simply connect the output of the dimmer to the input of the power supply, and connect your LED flexible strip to the 24 volt output. It’s engineered with a filtering circuit to eliminate flickering or strobing and ensure smooth seamless operation.
These power supplies require a hard-wired connection to your dimmer. Works with most commonly available dimmers.
