Our innovative high CRI (95+) TearDrop Integrated LED Track Light is carefully designed from the ground up to be a complete optimized LED track lighting solution, for discriminating galleries, retail shops and residences.
With available beam-control options including barn-door, honeycomb louver, oval snoot, as well as alternate lenses to easily change the beam angle, they offer the ultimate in control and flexibility.
The Cree 95+ CRI LED is integrated seamlessly with the fixture, heat sink and driver electronics to create an elegant and discreet lighting system for track installations. It consumes only 15 watts and produces 1,100 lumens of light. The strict colour variance control applied by Cree ensures that the light from each of our Integrated LED track heads will look the same from one to the next. It’s compatible with Halo-type track systems, which are also available on our website.
The TearDrop track head works well with most common dimmer models from Lutron, Leviton and Legrand and others. We don’t publish a compatibility list simply because we’ve found that most dimmers work well with them. (For the more technically-oriented, this means you can use inexpensive MLV/forward-phase/leading-edge dimmers/. You can also use ELV/reverse-phase/trailing edge dimmers if you like. And … you do not need 0-10 volt dimmers)
You can easily change the Apturi optical lens from one beam angle to another to adapt to different requirements (from spot lighting to flood lighting). Lenses are available in 18, 25, 40 and 60 degrees. Simply unscrew the lens ring and put in a different lens! Click here to purchase spare alternate lenses.
All of our products come with a full 3 year warranty. If these lights are used 8 hours per day, 7 days per week, you should expect them to last a full 15 years.
